“Publish video from your webcam in real-time”

U-Broadcast allows you to make streaming videos from your PC very easily, publishing the image recorded by your webcam and letting anybody see the resultant video (in almost real-time) using Windows Media Player.

What's more, the program also lets you save the video to file and to upload it to a FTP server, leaving it available for download by anyone. It has codec support depending on what ones you have installed on your computer and has a command-line mode.
